The Guelph-Wellington Assessment and Diagnostic team provides comprehensive assessments following the Canadian Diagnostic Guidelines published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ) in 2015.
Eligibility
- 0 to 18 years of age
- Residing in Guelph/Wellington region
- Confirmation of prenatal exposure from a reliable source
- Presenting with significant behaviour and/or learning difficulties
